AAA Agency team did market research in the European regions. They created a strategy for Instagram and TikTok and found over 100 local micro-influencers with a loyal follower base. 

They communicated with each blogger to adapt the content to the local trends. They handled all the communication by themselves: they made sure each blogger clearly understood their role, agreed with them on the content, and monitored that it was posted on time. Most importantly, they resolved all the issues about the content and the timing- and with over 100 bloggers there were lots of them. They also made a convenient system to deliver all the payments to bloggers on time.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In 2 months the campaign delivered over 500K views but the most important thing was audience engagement rates. The engagement with our brand’s accounts was very high: it grew more than three times compared to what we had before the campaign.

Yes, the team was always in touch, and we could ask all the questions and get the answers quickly. We also had many virtual meetings to make sure we were on the same page.

Their deep research capabilities and the ability to find the perfect fit among influencers were impressive. But even more impressive was how they handled all the blogger communication - it would have been really difficult for us to carry out a campaign with so many influencers without support - and they did it perfectly.

Sometimes they were going a little too much into the details, which made this more complicated for us: the agency team organized meetings to agree on every single change they made. But in the end, it led to great results, so we are not complaining!

Within the first week of the campaign, we got +5K listeners of the collection on psychology, an excellent result, the one we were aiming for. Moreover, our campaign was highly positively received by the audience, with 90% positive tone according to the sentiment analysis.

We really appreciated how we could rely on the agency to adjust the brief in such a way that would both reflect our vision and match the influencer’s aesthetics. That’s a very nuanced work that requires a deep understanding of our company’s specific needs and the knowledge of the market, and AAA Agency has carried it out without a hitch.

We enjoyed working with the agency and we would gladly collaborate again. One minor thing that comes to mind is that the agency is more focused on long-term metrics, sometimes giving fewer details about short-term deliverables - they might need to balance those two slightly more.

We started by creating a detailed plan to understand the privacy needs of people in targeted regions. AAAagency did research to find out what our potential customers care about the most when it comes to online privacy and security.

One of the main things they did was launch of influencer marketing campaigns. They partnered with well-known digital privacy experts who our audience trusts. These influencers shared their positive experiences with our VPN service, which helped build trust and interest among potential customers. AAA Agency made sure that our message was clear and reached the right people at the right time.

Additionally, agency organized webinars and online events with privacy experts to educate our audience about the importance of using a reliable VPN.
